I had so much fun! I finally got to meet Todd’s friends that he met on his two deployments to Iraq. We went out there for his friends, John and Susan’s wedding. It was a great day. Susan put a lot of work into her wedding. Thank you so much for inviting us!!
We stayed in Princeton, NJ the first three nights and Newark, NJ the last two. On the last day we went to New York City and Manhattan.
Here are some pics.

This was taken in Fridays at Newark airport where we spent some time waiting for our dear friends Kraig and Melissa.

My yummy mojito at Fridays.

My husband, Todd, my mojito, my salad and my phone.

The view from our balcony at the Hyatt in Princeton, NJ.

Me in the ‘funhouse’ mirror. I used my fisheye for most of the pics I took.

My buddy Spongebob at the car wash.

The funniest sign that I think I have ever seen. This was also at the car wash.

Getting off the train from Newark to the city.

My first picture in New York City.

Where the twin towers should have been.

The fire station across the street from Ground Zero.

Getting our tickets for the ferry to Liberty Island.

Waiting for the ferry.

The fisheye view of the city from Liberty Island.

The Lady!

Todd could not contain himself, he was so excited.

The ferry back to the mainland.

Fisheye view from our cab on the way to Central Park.

I forgot what building this is. It’s across from Central Park. (I just learned that it’s the building that John Lennon andYoko Ono lived. The same building where John was shot and killed at the entrance way in 1980.

Strawberry Fields in Central Park.

Times Square. This was awesome. Something I’ve always wanted to do. I wish we could have spent the entire night but we had to catch the train back to our hotel in Newark.
