Did you know…

…that I still make and sell retail photo jewelry? I no longer do this wholesale for photographers. I could not keep up with the demand. It sold fast, everything is hand made, and it is very time consuming. My retail jewelry site is Jelly Bean Jewelry Designs.

I sell photo tile instructions for those that have a crafty side. It is a great way to make some extra cash, make homemade gifts (which everyone loves) and gives you something to do with your hands. It’s also lots of fun! The regular price of the instructions is $200. From today until the last day of September I will have a super sale. Only $75!! Yep, that’s it! My instructions are detailed. You’ll learn how to make tiles for jewelry, magnets, photo birth tiles, Christmas ornaments, and whatever your imagination comes up with. I list all the items you will need, where you can find them, how to size your photos, make your tiles, seal your tiles, and make them into jewelry, magnets, and ornaments.

If you would like to purchase this information at this great sale price please email me at contact@jessicahughes for more information.

Here are some photos of the beautiful pieces that you will be making soon.

I do not include how to do any beading but will give you web links to some great tutorials. I will teach you how to make the tiles into pendants.

My first trip to NJ/NY

I had so much fun! I finally got to meet Todd’s friends that he met on his two deployments to Iraq. We went out there for his friends, John and Susan’s wedding. It was a great day. Susan put a lot of work into her wedding. Thank you so much for inviting us!!

We stayed in Princeton, NJ the first three nights and Newark, NJ the last two. On the last day we went to New York City and Manhattan.

Here are some pics.

This was taken in Fridays at Newark airport where we spent some time waiting for our dear friends Kraig and Melissa.

The funniest sign that I think I have ever seen. This was also at the car wash.

I forgot what building this is. It’s across from Central Park. (I just learned that it’s the building that John Lennon andYoko Ono lived. The same building where John was shot and killed at the entrance way in 1980. :(

Times Square. This was awesome. Something I’ve always wanted to do. I wish we could have spent the entire night but we had to catch the train back to our hotel in Newark.

Justin + Jenn

I had a great time photographing this adorable couple at their wedding ceremony last night. They are so sweet and so easy to work with. The bride, Jennifer, did all the decorations on her own as well as most of the wedding planning. All of her hard work payed off last night when many friends and family came to see the couple get married.

Jennifer is from Oklahoma. She had her family there to see her. Justin is from Australia which is where they are going to be moving in a couple of months. Neither one shed a tear until their best man read them an email sent from Justin’s parents who couldn’t make it to the ceremony. The letter welcomed Jennifer and her daughter to their family. It was very heartfelt.

Here is a sneak peak from the wedding! 00002.jpg
